Service Description

VectorSight Workshop provides instructional programs related to observation, range estimation, and precision shooting fundamentals. Services are educational and delivered subject to scheduling, instructor availability, and range host rules. Nothing in these terms grants a license to use firearms unlawfully or to disregard host range policies. Participants must comply with all applicable Republic of Korea laws, including the Act on the Safety of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, Etc., and any local ordinances governing transportation, storage, and use of firearms where programs involve live fire.

Termination

Either party may terminate an enrollment before the published start time according to the Cancellation Policy. VectorSight Workshop may refuse service or remove a participant from a venue for unsafe behavior, intoxication, harassment, or failure to follow instructor direction. Termination for safety reasons is not accompanied by a refund when removal is necessary to protect others, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Administrative termination due to force majeure will follow the credit or refund pathway described in the Cancellation Policy.

Acceptance

By registering, attending, or using hubzone.digital, you accept these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that workshop descriptions are informational. You represent that you meet age and legal eligibility requirements for instructional activities you select. If you register on behalf of an organization, you warrant authority to bind that organization to payment and conduct obligations. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Workshop materials, worksheets, slide decks, and curated range cards remain the intellectual property of VectorSight Workshop unless otherwise stated in writing. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to retain copies for personal training use. Redistribution, resale, or incorporation into competing instructional products is prohibited without written consent. Photographs taken by staff for quality assurance may be used internally; public marketing use requires separate consent.

Liability

Outdoor and range activities carry inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by the Civil Act of the Republic of Korea and related regulations, VectorSight Workshop disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence as determined by a competent court. Participants are responsible for their equipment, ammunition choices within host rules, and personal protective equipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Venue for disputes shall lie with the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless a consumer mandatory forum applies. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least fifteen business days before initiating litigation, except where urgent injunctive relief is required for safety or intellectual property.
