Exceptions

Refunds may be unavailable when a host range imposes a non-refundable deposit consumed before cancellation deadlines. Custom corporate deliveries may carry bespoke schedules with separate written terms. If a participant is removed for safety violations, fees are not refunded except where mandatory consumer law requires a proportional remedy.

Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to workshop enrollments purchased directly through VectorSight Workshop channels described on the Contact page. Third-party resellers must be contacted through their own policies when payment was not made to us. Currency is Korean won unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Timeframe

Consumers who qualify under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. may withdraw within seven days of the contract date when services have not yet begun, subject to deductions for non-recoverable costs clearly disclosed at purchase. Where services have partially begun with consent, withdrawal may be limited accordingly. Outside statutory windows, our administrative windows apply: full credit for cancellations fourteen or more days before the start; fifty percent credit within eight to thirteen days; no credit within seven days except for documented emergencies reviewed case by case.

Process

Approved refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible within fourteen business days of approval. Credits are issued as a code redeemable toward a future cohort within twelve months. Chargeback initiation before contacting us may delay resolution while banking records are reconciled.

Eligibility

Eligibility for refunds depends on timely notice, host recoverability, and statutory rights. Participants who received printed materials or access codes may have deductions applied consistent with law. Corporate cohorts may substitute named participants without fee if notice is provided seventy-two hours before the start.
