Use of Data

VectorSight Workshop processes personal data to administer enrollments, communicate schedules, maintain safety rosters, and improve instructional quality through aggregated analytics. Marketing communications are sent only where consent exists or another lawful basis applies under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea. We do not sell personal data. When analytics cookies are declined through the banner, only essential cookies necessary for site operation are retained.

Scope

This Data Protection statement applies to data collected through hubzone.digital, email correspondence with hello@hubzone.digital, and paper or digital forms completed at venues. It does not govern independent processors operated by range hosts or hotels; those entities provide their own notices. Corporate clients should route data questions through their designated administrator as well as our contact email when individual rights requests are submitted.

Retention

Enrollment records are retained for seven years where required for tax and contract evidence, then minimized or deleted unless a longer period is mandated. Inquiry emails are retained for twenty-four months unless attached to an enrollment. Analytics logs tied to optional cookies are rotated within thirteen months. Security incident notes are kept according to counsel guidance.

Your Rights

Depending on eligibility, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or explanation regarding processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent for marketing or optional analytics without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Requests are answered within thirty days unless complexity requires an extension, in which case you will be notified. Appeals may be directed to the Personal Information Protection Commission where applicable.

Contact

Privacy inquiries may be sent to hello@hubzone.digital with subject line "Privacy Request" and sufficient detail to verify identity. Corporate administrators should include organization name and participant roster identifiers. Postal correspondence may be directed to the headquarters address listed on the Contact page.

Categories of Data Collected

We collect identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, organization, emergency contact, and dietary or mobility notes when voluntarily provided. Technical data includes browser type, device category, and coarse region derived from IP when essential cookies operate. Payment references may appear on invoices handled by processors; we avoid storing full payment credentials on this site.
